Join us at Finca Shambhala for 7 days of deep nourishment for body, mind, and soul. Set in a lush jungle valley on Costa Rica’s South Pacific coast and overlooking the country’s tallest waterfall, this retreat offers a truly transformative experience.
Throughout the week, you’ll enjoy daily yoga and meditation, guided somatic movement and Ecstatic Dance, sound healing, voice activation, traditional sweat lodge ceremony, and immersive jungle hikes to hidden waterfalls. You’ll also explore off grid living, sustainability, regenerative organic farming practices, coffee production, and learn how to milk cows and make fresh cheese!
This retreat takes place in a truly special slice of paradise, overlooking Costa Rica’s tallest and most majestic waterfall, El Diamante. Finca Shambhala is an off-grid, sustainable, regenerative farm where we will enjoy fresh, farm-to-table meals while learning about conscious, sustainable living. You’ll be guided through daily yoga and meditation, somatic movement and Ecstatic Dance, cacao circles, sound healing, voice activation, traditional sweat lodge ceremony, and jungle hikes to hidden waterfalls. You’ll also learn about sustainability, regenerative organic farming, milking cows and making cheese!
The land borders the Diamante River, with direct river access available whenever you feel called to connect, cool off, or simply be with the water. Every element of this environment invites deep presence, grounding, and renewal.
Our facilitators have been walking this path for over a decade. They are deeply grounded, intentional beings who hold and guide the space with care, integrity, and harmony; creating a cohesive, safe container for transformation and connection.

Payment Policy
Payment by cash upon arrival is preferred. All payments are strictly non refundable and non- transferable. Any amount paid towards the retreat cannot be transferred to another retreat, rescheduled, or refunded for any reason, without exceptions.
