New Year Jungle Reset

Decompress, reconnect, and step into the new year feeling refreshed, alive, and inspired. 7 days immersed in nature, music, community, art, play, and movement.
What are we doing?
We’re welcoming the New Year in a new way; with clarity, inspiration, and grounded embodiment. A way that nourishes us deeply, reconnects us with what makes us feel alive, and sets the tone for the year ahead.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive. Land in the space. Sip some farm cacao. Farm tour and river dip.
Day 2: Release and Purify in a traditional Sweat Lodge ceremony. River dip. Journal, integrate, and let it all out.
Day 3: Guided hike to the tallest waterfall in Costa Rica. Picnic at the top. Soak in the views.
Day 4: Cacao Ceremony. New Year intention setting and Vision Board creation. River dip.
Day 5: Art day. Microdose optional. Canvas is provided. Get creative juices flowing. Feel inspired.
Day 6: Secret waterfall hike. Closing fire release ceremony. Prepare to let loose for night community dance party with DJ.
Day 7: Morning artisanal market visit. Prepare for departures.
Daily movement, breathwork, and meditation based on Kriya Yoga Teachings.
Itinerary is subject to change depending on energy levels of group. All activities are optional, remember this is YOUR reset. Go at your pace and honor your body.
